Legendary Winged “O” member Tommy Conner's contributions to the Outrigger Canoe Club earn him a well-deserved spot in the Waterman Hall of Fame. His exploits as a paddler and steersman led OCC to 7 Molokai Hoe victories in the 20 he entered. His advocacy and organization of women's long-distance racing were crucial to directing the sport into a new era of inclusivity. Coaching both men and women's teams, Tom coaches many teams to victory and instilled a driven and committed mentality into his paddlers. Tom Passed away in 2013
